Just a short walk from Cavtat town promenade with all bars, restaurants and shops this 2-bedroom apartment is a great spot for 2 couples, bigger family or group of friends. Located in a quiet part of the town center.

Comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is a part of family-run house with 3 more apartments within a property. All you need can be found in circle of 300 meters; within a walking distance. Most of the bars, restaurants and shops are just 100 meters down the street at town promenade and the nearest pebble beach is less than 300 meters away. The main bus station is just below the house and frequent ferry lines are leaving from the promenade.

 The unit is divide into a two levels: first floor consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom  with bathtub and a living/diner/kitchen area with an air conditioning and sat TV.  The kitchen is equipped with an electric hobs, a mini fridge, a kettle and a dining table and chairs; also there is an extra sleeping place for 1 adult or 2 children on sofa bed in same area. Second floor/loft area consists of a double bedroom with queen size bed and air condition unit and bathroom with shower. Living/kitchen doors leads you out onto a covered balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Tiha bay from one side and St. Nicholas church bell on the other.

If you decide to come by car the owner can arrange you a parking ticket at the main parking area for a  fee.


For your information, the property consists of 4 different units if you are planing to come as a group.


Pets are allowed if asked previously, depending on situation.

Cavtat is a pretty town on the southernmost tip of the Dubrovnik Riviera. It’s on a small peninsula with a Renaissance old town on one side, beaches on the other – and a fragrant cypress forest in between. The old town harbour has a wide tree-lined promenade where cheery bars neighbour refined restaurants. Beyond the forest, small pebbly beaches and rocky coves edge the turquoise waters of the Adriatic.

1461310913Cosmopolitanism and connectivity of this region with global trends of second half of the 19th and the first half of the 20th century could be felt in the Gallery Bukovac, Mausoleum of family Račić or Collection of Baltazar Bogišić. The birth house of Vlaho Bukovac, one of the most famous Croatian painters. The monumental features of the Bukovac House are not only its architecture, garden space and the location in the very heart of the town, but above all, it is the legacy of the name of the great artist, his artistic heritage and the heritage of his family’s history. The mausoleum of the well-known ship-owners family Racic from Cavtat was built on St. Rock's cemetery. Its construction took place in 1921, on the place of St. Rock's church from 15th century, following the will of the WIL_2912testatrix Marija Raèiæ. It was built from the white stone from Braè in the form of cupola. In the whole building no other material but stone was used, except bronze for the door, bell and angel. The whole mausoleum is full of symbolic representing three basic stages of human fate: birth, life and death.   Baltazar Bogisic Collection was founded in 1909 - 1912, and from 1955 is a part of Croatian Academy of Science and Art.    Baltazar Bogisic (Cavtat 1834 - Rijeka 1908) was a jurist and a scientist of a European fame. Since 1875 he lived in Paris. He  was the full member of Croatian Academy of Science and Art since its foundation in 1867, a member of many other Academies  and Scientific societies, and a holder of several European decorations
